I remember Caroline as a wonderfully warm and witty woman, who handled our teenage antics with patience and grace and was never anything but welcoming (except when we - persistently - overstayed our welcome in the Jarrold Room..!). So sorry to hear of her passing - sending much love to the whole family xx
